This lovely, home is ready to be your castle! 6 Bedrooms with lovely high ceilings give each room in the home a sense of space. In addition to the six bedrooms, there is a granny flat with its own kitchen area which could serve as an overflow for visiting family or guests, or even as rental income if desired. There are three full bathrooms serving all this, including an ensuite in the main bedroom.

Entering this 1200plus sq m property you are immediately impressed by it’s tranquil setting. There is a generously sized double garage with ample space for two vehicles, plus a space for workbench or extra storage if needed. The granny flat is alongside and with it’s own entrance. The deck extending from the main bedroom acts as a shady awning for the granny flat entrance. The main house extends above this section, and can be accessed either via an entrance hall or a short walk around the large swimming pool and directly via the lounge sliding door. Entering the lounge you can go either via the entrance hall to the passage to the bedrooms, or through to the open plan dining room and kitchen. You can also access the passage to the bedrooms from the kitchen. There is also a scullery off the other end of the fully fitted kitchen.

All the bedrooms have built in cupboards and, in addition, the main bedroom has it’s own deck where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air with a book or just listen to the birds sing.

This home needs to be seen to be appreciated! Call me to view before this one escapes.
